I’m Sophie, I am a Holistic Nutrition and Wellness student and mum to my gorgeous 3 year old daughter. We love to travel and have lived in many different countries. I love to learn about new cultures and most of all to try new ingredients and to discover new healthy lifestyle techniques that we can incorporate into our daily routines.
