Refund Policy

Within 10 Days of Registration:
Written notice of withdrawal within 10 days of registration qualifies for a refund of all fees less a 15% administrative fee and $899 for Term 1 – Integrative Health Fundamentals.
Please note that Term 1 is non-refundable, even within the 10-day period, as all materials are digital and downloadable. Once accessed, these materials cannot be returned. -
Within 30 Days of Registration:
Written notice of withdrawal within 30 days of registration qualifies for a refund of all fees less a 20% administrative fee and $899 for Term 1. -
After 30 Days:
Refunds are not available beyond 30 days of enrolment.
This policy applies to all programs, including the Full 2-Tier Holistic Nutritionist Certification. The Holistic Nutritionist Program cannot be split or refunded in separate portions.
If you are unsure about committing to the full 2-Tier program, we recommend beginning with Tier 1: Holistic Nutrition & Health Coach Program and deciding upon completion whether to continue to Tier 2.
Bursary-funded registrations are non-refundable, as these funds cannot be reallocated to another recipient.
This refund policy is strictly enforced and non-negotiable.
Extension Policy
If a student is unable to complete the program within the specified timeframe, NutraPhoria offers provisions to support successful completion.

A one-month extension is available at no cost when a written explanation is provided within two weeks of the official completion date if you meet the requirements to complete your program within that timeframe.

Three, six, and twelve-month extensions are available for a fee when valid reasons (e.g., unforeseen life events) are provided and approved.
*All extensions must be applied before your official end date.
Re-Enrolment
If a program remains incomplete for more than 12 months past the official completion date, or if all extension options have been exhausted (one extension per student), students must re-enrol and restart from the beginning.
Re-enrollment cost: 50% of the original tuition.
Intellectual Property
All content within NutraPhoria’s websites and online learning portals – including design, layout, graphics, and educational materials -is the property of NutraPhoria Wellness Inc. or its affiliates and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
