Breakfast Smoothie

This concoction is how I start my day. Read on for the recipe.

Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients 

  • 2-3 handfuls of kale or any other greens you have on hand
  • 1 cucumber
  • A small banana
  • A small to medium apple, diced
  • A handful of blueberries
  • A squirt of agave or a few chopped dates for sweetness
  • Dr Sebi’s Bromide plus powder (optional)
  • A dash of turmeric
  • A dash of cinnamon
  • A tablespoon of hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of hemp protein powder
  • A cup of filtered water, add more or less depending on your preference of thickness

**Throw all these ingredients into a blender and blend, well, until smooth.**
