Baby Spinach With Avocado Pasta
Ingredients
- 350g baby spinach
- 1/2 cup of raw cashews
- 1 cup of water ( add more if needed)
- 15 grams of butter
- 2-3 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
- salt
- 2 avocados
- Pasta or rice of your choice
- Instructions
- Combine the cashew and water in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- In a large pot add butter and baby spinach.
- Slowly add the cashew cream together with garlic and water and mix on a low fire until creamy texture.
- Blend everything until smooth, add the avocado and serve with whole pasta or rice.
