Benefits Of Chia Seeds

  • Chia seeds are rich sources of omega-3-fatty acids and contain lots of fiber. When consuming these make sure you are getting an ideal amount of water/fluids. Their high levels of omega-3-fatty acids and alpha-linoleic acid may be useful for weight loss.
  • Chia seeds can reverse inflammation, regulate cholesterol and lower blood pressure which makes it beneficial to consume for heart health.
  • These seeds can be easily put on yogurt, cereals, or made into chia seed pudding. My all time favourite breakfast meal that is quick and easy is: Greek yogurt, organic blueberries, organic shredded coconut, and a teaspoon of chia seeds.
