Dressing Free Salad

My “Dressing Free Salad” is very easy to make, healthy and tastes so good.

Dressing Free Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Handful of Baby Spinach
  • 1 Handful of Baby Kale
  • 1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
  • 1 Tbsp Chai Seeds
  • 1/4 Cup Goji Berries
  • 1/2 Cup Sliced Cucumber
  • 1/2 Ripe Avocado
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • *Optional – Chicken or Turkey Breast

Directions

  • Squeeze lemon juice on baby kale and let sit for 10 minutes
  • Combine all ingredients in medium-sized bowl and mix until the avocado is evenly spread over the entire salad
