My “Dressing Free Salad” is very easy to make, healthy and tastes so good.
Dressing Free Salad
Ingredients
- 1 Handful of Baby Spinach
- 1 Handful of Baby Kale
- 1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
- 1 Tbsp Chai Seeds
- 1/4 Cup Goji Berries
- 1/2 Cup Sliced Cucumber
- 1/2 Ripe Avocado
- 1/2 Lemon
- *Optional – Chicken or Turkey Breast
Directions
- Squeeze lemon juice on baby kale and let sit for 10 minutes
- Combine all ingredients in medium-sized bowl and mix until the avocado is evenly spread over the entire salad
