Energizing Blueberry Smoothie

I love starting my morning with an energizing smoothie. This smoothie is totally kid approved and a great way to sneak in extra veggies and fruit into your children’s diet.

Energizing Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of blueberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 huge handful of spinach
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter
  • 1-2 cups of almond milk, depending on how thick you like it!

Directions

  • Throw all ingredients in a blender. Serve immediately!
  • I hope you try my favourite blueberry smoothie!
