Ingredients:
- 1/2 English cucumber
- 2 ribs of celery
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 1 handful of cilantro
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1 tbsp unpasteurized sauerkraut
- 1 inch knob of ginger
- 3/4 cup of water (or to desired consistency)
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
