I love healthy, filling and delicious quick breakfasts. These oats always do the trick. Complete with filling ingredients and low sugar they make a great option you can feel good about. The best part is all of the work, which is not much, is done the night before so your breakfast is all ready to go when you wake up.
This recipe is vegetarian and gluten-free. It can easily be made vegan by using your favourite non-dairy milk yogurt.
Healthy Brownie Batter Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- ½ Cup Gluten-free rolled oats
- 1.5 Tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- Pinch of salt
- 1/8 cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and let sit overnight
- Top with more yogurt and fresh strawberries and goji berries
