Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter and Banana Pie

Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups of Graham crumbs
  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 egg white

Filling

  • 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2/3 cup plant based chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 medium bananas

Directions 

  • To make the crust, put peanut butter, crumbs, and egg white in a bowl
  • Using a pastry cutter, mix well
  • Spray a 9″ deep dish pie plate with cooking spray
  • Press crumb mixture into pie plate and up the sides
  • Bake at 350* for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are starting to lightly brown
  • Cool
  • Slice bananas and spread evenly over bottom of crust
  • Put yogurt, protein powder, peanut butter, and almond milk in a bowl and mix well
  • Spread over bananas in crust and refrigerate for an hour before serving
  • Sprinkle with nuts prior to serving if desired
