Looking for a healthy way to enjoy pizza? Well look no further. Homemade pizza is WAY more satisfying than take-out – it’s not only less expensive, it’s SO much better for your waistline.
PLUS, this recipe can easily be altered to suit your preferences; try swapping out the vegetables listed below or experiment with different spices and sauces to change the flavour a bit.
Making vegan pizza really is fast and simple. I opt to eat my pizza without cheese, but feel free to add soy cheese (like Daiya’s dairy-free mozzarella) if you’re a fan of cheesy pizza.

Tips From The Kitchen
- The key is to keep it interesting and make sure it satisfies your taste buds. I find adding some spices is a great way to do this – try sprinkling some Basil, Oregano, Thyme or any one of your favourite spices over the pizza. You could even give your pizza some heat by sprinkling on some hot pepper flakes.
