Sexy Summer Salad Recipe And Its Benefits
Ingredients
- 1 Cup of shredded red cabbage (I used my food processor)
- 1 Small red beetroot (also shredded but more like cheese, not as small as the red cabbage)
- Squeeze 1/2 lime over those 2 with Himalayan sea salt, get your hands in there for a gentle massage
- Add about 1 cup of Quinoa (already cooked)
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds (to your taste)
- 1/4 cup of dried cranberries
Optional: Artichoke hearts
Dressing
- Drizzled with some olive oil, red wine vinegar and maple syrup
