Sprouted Lentil Hummus

I love sprouted lentils and this fast and easy recipe can be made raw vegan with cold pressed olive oil and raw tahini. Enjoy!

Sprouted Lentil Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of fresh sprouted lentils
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1/4  cup olive oil
  • 2-4 cloves garlic
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin, optional
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Directions

  • Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth
  • Adjust seasoning adding more salt or lemon as needed
  • Serve with raw vegetables
