Summer Salad

Delicious and Healthy Summer Salad

A light delicious salad that reminds me of summer. It doesn’t even require dressing!

Ingredients

  • Baked Chicken Breast (seasoned with salt & pepper, baked at 400 for 20 minutes)
  • Spinach
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Peaches

Sometimes I throw on a bit of feta cheese or some cashews for fun.

No measuring required, just throw together desired amounts and enjoy a little taste of summer!
