The Green Smoothie Powerhouse

Almost every morning I enjoy my Green Smoothie that I honestly couldn’t live without. Whenever I don’t make it I regret it. My smoothie increases my energy and makes me feel nourished and ready for the day! By starting off the day with a smoothie like this we’re telling ourselves that our health and wellness is a priority and we love ourselves enough to take the time to nurture it. I’m a mom of 5 and I need to be able to whip things up fast. This recipe is super easy to make and I love how it keeps me feeling full for a long period of time. My smoothie is also packed with a powerhouse of nutrients and it tastes absolutely great too!
