Hello hello! I am a mom to 3 busy creative kids and have an active husband! We live in beautiful Vernon, Canada where nature is our playground! I am on my way to becoming a Holistic Nutritionist- a dream Ive had for a long time! Healthy living wasn’t a priority to us early on and through sickness, we as a family are now slowly learning to live healthier, one small choice at a time! I am passionate about learning to nourish my body, mind and soul, but in a sustainable way so it’s a life long change! It’s been a hard journey so far and a struggle to be who I am & how I look in a industry so focused on the end result, not the journey.
