Hailing from the woods of northern Ontario, I continue to live a life close to Nature. I believe that illness and all health challenges are communications to our conscious minds from the deeper consciousness of a need to re-balance and move towards greater self-care, self-love and awareness of ourselves and our bodies. Through this greater self-care, we can learn to take better care of the earth and to re-connect with her medicines.
