Breakfast Power Smoothie

Love a good smoothie to kick start your day? 

So do we!   This one is a complete meal replacement full of fiber, vitamins, minerals, anti-inflammatory agents, omega 3’s and probiotics.   It is a powerhouse.

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed organic berries
  • 1 orange peeled & sectioned, seeds removed
  • 1/4 cup dry oats
  • 1 cup organic spinach
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 English cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons unpasteurized sauerkraut
  • 1/4 inch knob peeled ginger
  • water to blend & to the consistency you prefer

Blend it all together until smooth.
