Love a good smoothie to kick start your day?
So do we! This one is a complete meal replacement full of fiber, vitamins, minerals, anti-inflammatory agents, omega 3’s and probiotics. It is a powerhouse.
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mixed organic berries
- 1 orange peeled & sectioned, seeds removed
- 1/4 cup dry oats
- 1 cup organic spinach
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 English cucumber
- 2 tablespoons unpasteurized sauerkraut
- 1/4 inch knob peeled ginger
- water to blend & to the consistency you prefer
Blend it all together until smooth.
