Here is a healthy little snack that will keep you on track with your health and weight loss!

Buffalo Chickpeas

Ingredients

PREHEAT OVEN 450 Degrees

  • 1 can of no sodium chickpeas
  • 1/3 cup franks red hot sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika

Directions

  • Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix well
  • Pour out onto a baking sheet
  • Bake in oven for 40 minutes giving a shake half way through
