Cilantro Avocado Dressing

It’s definitely true when they say the dressing makes the meal! While on the path of switching to a whole foods plant-based lifestyle I had this idea that all I could eat was boring salads. Well, I was wrong about that! There are so many amazing recipes to try and I’m trying all the time to just take what I have and be creative with it, or take an idea and make it my own by adding and changing ingredients until I love it! This recipe is my go-to for buddha bowls or any kind of salad to bring out the flavour.

Mexican food is another go to when I don’t know what to cook. This dressing can really add to any Mexican dishes. tacos, Mexican buddha bowls, fajitas, burritos, you name it!
