Try switching up coffee with green tea and reap some great benefits! During the summer you will love this Minty Iced Green Tea recipe:
1 cup fresh mint leaves, washed
3-4 green tea bags
Honey to sweeten (optional)
Crush mint gently with clean hands, and place in a large glass pitcher. Add tea bags, and pour hot water to fill pitcher, leaving a few inches of room at the top. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Remove tea bags; serve over ice. Add honey if desired to sweeten. Enjoy!
