Salted Caramel Shake

This shake is a delightfully decadent twist on a milkshake. It’s vegan, loaded with beneficial plant based dietary fat and it’s delicious.

Salted Caramel Shake

Ingredients

  • 4 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cashew milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup ice

Method

  • In a high speed blender, blend everything but the ice until smooth
  • Add ice and blend again to reach desired consistency

Serve to an unsuspecting friend, who will be shocked to discover this naturally sweetened shake is vegan
