Gluten Free Granola Bars
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 1/4 cup Coconut Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Nut Butter
- 1/3 Raw Honey
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 cups Gluten Free oats
- 1 cup Gluten Free Rice Krispies
- 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips
Directions
- Melt coconut oil on low/med heat
- Stir in coconut sugar, nut butter, honey and vanilla separately
- Once mixed together, remove from stove and stir in oats, rice krispies, hemp seeds, chia seeds and chocolate chips
- Mix well and press into 8×8 pan
Let cool and enjoy!
