Healthy Pancakes

If you’re craving for a bit of a sweeter breakfast or snack, banana pancakes are perfect, it’s quick to cook and healthy!

Healthy Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 crown of organic vanilla powder
  • 1 teaspoon of butter

Directions 

  • Mosaic banana with fork in a bowl
  • Knock down the eggs, sprinkle the vanilla powder and whisk together into a sticky pulp
  • Cut out the batter like small plates or some larger pancakes in a frying pan
  • Use the butter for the frying
  • Bake the banana pancakes on both sides at low heat
  • Serving any
  • With a click of Turkish yogurt and some sliced fruit or fresh berries
