Need an easy pick me up? Do you notice you snack a lot? These were exactly what I wanted and completely customizable for anything you may desire.
No-Bake Healthy Granola Bars
- 1 cup dates
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup or honey
- 1 1/2 cup of quick oats
- Add 1 cup of dates and maple syrup or honey to a food processor then blend until it is a sticky paste and pour into a separate bowl.
- Add the quick oats and whatever kind of flavours you like such as nuts, chocolate chips, etc.
- Mix together and add more maple syrup if needed (for wetness), then put into a pan and freeze for 20 minutes then cut up and enjoy!
