SMOOTHIE ON A RUSH
Life goes on so fast and sometimes it makes you feel like you’re not reaching your health goals and that you’ll never reach them LOL!!
Remember there’s always a way to figure out a problem and this time i’ve got one for you with your “Amino-Vita-ProteINTAKE “ so take note:
First of all you have to search for some little glass jars like the ones for baby food, get 7 of them.
Then you will go to the supermarket, remember which is the one that has the most to offer with organic food.
Pick some goodies from the fridge such as mango, berries, some tropical organic mixes. Then, go to the fresh veggies area and pick up some kale, baby spinach, sprouts, cucumber, celery, and maybe some fresh fruits of your choice. Now go to the grains section and pick a good organic mix (some of them are very nice that have Strawberry Chetones and Complete Amino acid mix) or just choose 2 kinds of them like flaxseed or sunflower, wheat bran etc. Last thing, go to the juices and pick a nice natural 100% no sugar added grape juice, apple, pomme granade, or any kind of nice berry juice.
When you get to your kitchen hopefully ASAP (remember you have plenty of frozen food) hit your blender, you’re gonna put a fist of each fruit and veggie in the blender and add about 3 spoons of grains and fiber, add juice to blend and press START…
STIR IT IN THE LITTLE 7 JARS, FREEZE THEM AND ENJOY 1 PER DAY.
They will defrost very easy, you can add hot, but not boiling water and that’s it!
