Blueberries and blackberries are great sources of antioxidants, vitamin K, Calcium, Magnesium, and Zinc, which are important for keeping your body at its healthiest when trying to conceive.
Full fat coconut milk provides the healthy fats needed for the absorption of vitamins A, D, E, and K, and adds to satiety by keeping you full longer. The coconut milk, along with ground flax seeds provides the protein and fatty acids essential for growth, which of course is important for pregnancy!
Molasses gives an iron and magnesium boost, and greens are a great source of B vitamins, including folate which is important for preventing neural tube defects. Added cinnamon is great for flavour, and for helping to balance blood sugar.

- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tbsp blackstrap molasses
