Berry Pink Smoothie

December 17, 2019

Who doesn’t love a beautiful berry smoothie?

How about a berry smoothie that includes phytonutrients and antioxidants for cancer-fighting benefits along with hits of vitamin C from the berries and the beets! Adding unexpected colours to my food, while it boosts the nutrition of the food, is one of my favourite things to do! I’ve even become known for it with my kids and at dinner parties.

A quick fresh protein smoothie with raspberries and beets for added colour and vitamins.
