Cookie Dough Balls

Nut butter and chocolate!  Everyone loves that combination!  These beauties take only minutes to make and have 5 ingredients.  They are my go to when I am craving something sweet.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of oat flour
  • 1/2 cup of any nut butter  (I used peanut butter)
  • 3 tablespoons organic honey
  • 1 tablespoon of organic coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (I used Made Good brand)

 

Instructions

  • Pulse oats to make a flour and then mix all ingredients into a bowl. I find using my hands mixes it better.
  • Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  • Roll into bite-size balls and store in the fridge for up to a week.
