I call these energy balls little packages of love because that is what they are. They are made with wholesome ingredients that fuel and love the body.
I used to suffer from the 4pm energy slump every day and look for a quick energy fix. I’d have the ‘munchies’ and it wouldn’t matter what I was eating and often it was a sugar fix or a junk food fix. I knew it was not the best choice but it was convenient.
I discovered energy balls in Thailand!
I love making these because they are so simple and easy to make and it doesn’t matter if you change up the ingredients. Often mine are different every time I make them because I use what I have available in my kitchen. However each time I make them, the love and intention is always the same and so I call them little packages of love.
I used to be an afternoon snacker and I didn’t always pick the best foods to snack on. This was before I learnt how important it is to make healthy choices about our foods so that our body stays healthy.
