Flax seeds have a lot of amazing health benefits, they are cholesterol free, a high source of fibre and very high in alpha-linoleic acid. Regular consumption is good for the heart, skin and helps facilitate weight loss.
Chia seeds are another power house with so many health benefits, like flax seeds, chia seeds are high in fibre, protein, omega 3 and micro nutrients. They are also very low in calories, promoting weight loss.
