I am a food professional from New Brunswick Canada. I have been in the food industry for more than 20 years. I do however, suffer from 2 different auto-immune disorders, 1 being endometriosis and the other being Hoshimoto’s Disease. Throughout my adulthood, I have spent most of my time learning about food and diet (notice I said diet and not nutrition). Realizing that much of my chronic, daily issues were directly due to food sensitivities as well as food and lifestyle choices. I made a choice to learn a more holistic approach to wellness and nutrition. Therefore, here I am. I hope to incorporate my knowledge into my food profession and look forward to being able to teach people how to better understand food. As well as, how to cook and eat better for their health and well being.
