Health & Wellness Practitioner | Food Lover | Yogi | Outdoor Enthusiast Hi! I am Sue. I am a biologist turned nutritional therapist with a penchant for whole, healthy living. I lead a nutrition-based website geared towards busy professional families. This website is a resource that provides health based information and knowledge as well as family friendly recipes focused on whole, clean, local and seasonal ingredients. Through this community, time-strapped families are given the most current science-based nutrition and wellness information in a fun and approachable way that makes healthy living choices easy. They are also provided with newsletters and recipes to make healthy eating easy and delicious for the whole family. I am a firm believer in mind, body and spirit whole living and aim to lead by example. I compliment my mindful, nutritional eating practice with daily physical exercise, yoga and meditation. When not working, you will most likely find me running, biking, skiing, hiking, kayaking, and camping. My love for the outdoors is innate and I am always craving more. I strive to stay current in the ever changing world of health and wellness. Continuing education allows me to stay up-to-date and informed while satisfying a perpetual thirst for knowledge.
