Hi there! I’m Nicki, a certified nutrition coach and weightlifter who really loves food. I’ve been vegan for 15 years, and in 2012, I became a certified personal trainer so I could help others meet their health and fitness goals. I run a non-profit weightlifting club for teens to help instill healthy habits and body image for young men and women. We all have our unique strengths and challenges, and I pride myself on being able to help others find their path to health and happiness.
