Get Your Guac On!

Any time of year calls for a fresh guacamole recipe that is completely versatile to enjoy with an extensive list of sides depending on your diet.

Recipe

  • 8 Avocados
  • 8 tomatoes
  • Pinch of salt/pepper (to taste)
  • Small bunch of cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 green chili pepper
  • 8 key limes (or 5 regular limes)

Directions

  • Mash together with a potato masher

Possible additions

  • Tbsp chicken stock powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Braggs Liquid Soy Sauce Alternative

Little trick *save 2 seeds from the avocado to place into the finished guacamole to keep fresh*
