Healthy Zucchini Squares

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup carob powder
  • 3/4 cups of pulsed oats or oat flour
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded zucchini
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  • In a large bowl cream almond butter, applesauce, honey and vanilla.
  • Add in zucchini, carob powder, ground oats or oat flour, baking soda and sea salt.
  • Bake for 20 mins at 350 degrees.
