Healthy Zucchini Squares
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup carob powder
- 3/4 cups of pulsed oats or oat flour
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 1/2 cups shredded zucchini
- 1 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- In a large bowl cream almond butter, applesauce, honey and vanilla.
- Add in zucchini, carob powder, ground oats or oat flour, baking soda and sea salt.
- Bake for 20 mins at 350 degrees.
