Hello, I am currently studying to become a holistic nutritionist. I have always been interested in healthy food but made the choice to really study it after members of my own family had health issues. We struggled with how best to help them, what should we feed them, what could hurt them, and what would be most nutritious for them. I decided it was time to really study and learn and then share what I learn along the way with others. I like to take a natural and holistic approach, to look at how best to heal and fuel your body.
