I believe that health and wellness are not a one size fits all. I have had a fascinated with all aspects of health and wellness, which started with a personal interest in nutrition and exercise in my early 20’s before I began exploring the more mindful and spiritual aspects of wellness in my late 20’s and well into my 30’s.
I too have been a duped by Diet Culture offering up weight lose on an silver platter, convincing myself that if I was just in a smaller body, the key to life’s happiness would appear. Spoiler Alert, it didn’t. My body has been through a lot of stress at my own hands trying to constantly manipulate it, but like me, you too can make peace with your body.
I am a Registered Massage Therapist, with certifications in Personal Training, Reiki, Therapeutic Cupping, and Rapid Neurofacial Reset. I am also a certified Meditation Teacher. I have a passion for health, and know that in order to create an environment for optimal health, you must find balance between the mind, body and spirit.
Nutrition plays a key role in our overall health and well being, in addition to managing stress, drinking enough water, moving our bodies and getting enough sleep.
