Hello and Happy Amazing Days!
I am passionate about following a healthy way of life with whole foods, meditation, yoga and positive affirmations. I follow a Flexitarian Diet, which promotes eating more vegetarian and vegan food along with small amounts of meat, poultry, eggs, seafood and dairy.
As a beautiful way to contribute to good health for the body and earth, I encourage everyone to have a garden to grow herbs, fruits and vegetables. I also buy local, organic, and humanely treated animal products from local farms.
I earned my Advanced Holistic Nutritionist Diploma Program on Oct 2022. I am a CAIN Licensed Holistic Nutrition Practitioner™ (CAIN-LHNP™).
My background includes a Biology and Chemistry Technology Degree, Electronic and Computer Technology Degree, Permaculture Designer, Certificated Yoga Instructor, and I served almost 25 years in the CAF.
I look forward to being able to assist others with their journey toward excellent health and well-being.
