I hold a degree in biology and psychology and certifications in yoga, reflexology, equestrian technology, diploma in Holistic Nutrition Coaching and a certificate in the psychology of emotional eating.
I love to travel, one of my favourite things to do while visiting other places, is to experience the foods that grow fresh there, talk with the locals about their favourite food traditions and collect local recipes.
I believe that holistic health is the key that unlocks the best version of you. Learning to take good care of yourself starting with good balanced nutrition, combined with developing healthy life habits will help you to put your best foot forward in whatever journey you are on.
