Chocolate & Almond Butter Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- 1 tbs almond butter
- 1/4 tbsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 tbs vanilla
- Chocolate chips and sliced almonds (toppings)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F, and spray a 4 inch x 4 inch baking pan.
- Mix all ingredients (accept toppings) in blender until mixture is well combined , around 5 to 10 seconds on high speed.
- Pour mixture into baking pan and top with chocolate chips and almonds.
- Bake for 20 minutes then leave to cool slightly, optional but adds a hit drizzle some almond butter over baked oats, and enjoy!
