Rae Mak is a writer, studying nutritionist and a 500-hour RYT advanced yoga teacher. Armed with a toolkit of self-healing modalities, she’s on a mission to bring more homemade food, yoga, hula-hooping and creative expression into your life.
After being diagnosed with a genetic heart condition at 19 and enduring over a decade of medical trauma, Rae found therapy in the simple things like stretching sourdough, brewing a big pot of kombucha tea or laying across some strategically placed bolsters. Through her writing and work with others, Rae is an advocate for mental health and a voice for people who think they’re alone.
