Hollie empowers women to prioritize their health and wellness using body, mind and soul approaches. She believes that true health & wellness is accessed through overcoming mindset obstacles that can act as barriers and obstacles to health & wellness. Alongside nutrition and fitness coaching, Hollie works with her clients to overcome perfectionism, people pleasing, lack of self belief/worth and negative mindset. By challenging thought patterns and creating new thought processes, Hollie’s clients achieve their health & wellness goals with more energy, confidence and joy.
Hollie lives in Ontario, Canada with her Scottish husband and 3 young children. She loves to travel and sew!
