My favorite post-workout smoothie!
Don’t you love sweating in the gym and finish your gym routine? My favorite part of my day passing 5:00pm, leave from my work and go to the gym, my routine is about 30-45 min of kick boxing and functional exercise.
Now you need to get ready to help your body to recover after a workout routine.
Any post-workout green smoothie should have a great amount of vegan protein, healthy carbs, and liquid for rehydration. This green smoothie has all of those requirements as long as you include chia seeds.
This is my recipe:
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 green apple
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 tablespoons of chia
- 1 scoop of vegan protein (WEprotein)
- 1 cup of alkaline water
Add to the blender … and…. ready to go!
