Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter and Banana Pie
Ingredients
Crust
- 1 1/2 cups of Graham crumbs
- 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 egg white
Filling
- 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2/3 cup plant based chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 medium bananas
Directions
- To make the crust, put peanut butter, crumbs, and egg white in a bowl
- Using a pastry cutter, mix well
- Spray a 9″ deep dish pie plate with cooking spray
- Press crumb mixture into pie plate and up the sides
- Bake at 350* for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are starting to lightly brown
- Cool
- Slice bananas and spread evenly over bottom of crust
- Put yogurt, protein powder, peanut butter, and almond milk in a bowl and mix well
- Spread over bananas in crust and refrigerate for an hour before serving
- Sprinkle with nuts prior to serving if desired
