Hello my name is Natalie I’m from beautiful Muskoka Ontario. I’m a 32 year old happily married wife with twins boy and girl that are 3 years old. I currently work as a nurse and have been for 12 years. I have done medical surgical nursing, emergency and worked in day surgery. My passion and love have always been health and wellness. My drive came into full effect when I had the twins researching and trying to introduce them to the healthiest diet, using natural skin care and natural house hold products along with supplements. My focus was so much on them that I noticed myself lacking energy and generally feeling unwell physically and mentally. My focus then also included working on getting myself healthy. At the end of the day I wanted more then anything to feel great and have lots energy to keep up to my energetic kids. Working with sick people all the time and not seeing them get better along with family and friends that have declining health d/t unhealthy food choices also increased my drive to not only better my health and my families but to be able to help others also. I have taken several courses in this field before stumbling apon Nutraphoria’s Nutrition Coaching course.
