Carrots are nutrient rich power house vegetables with vitamins A,B,C,K, potassium & magnesium which makes it a super food for me. I also like to mix/blend it in coconut water to get more micro-nutrient potassium, magnesium and zinc. Carrots and coconut water are refreshing, low in calories, and very gentle to the stomach.
Carrot Coconut Juice
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup carrot juice
- 1/2 cup coconut water
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and drink every morning before breakfast for a healthy start to your day!
