Fresh and Delicious Electrolyte Drink!

Hi again! This time I want to share with you a healthier option for an Electrolyte drink that can easily replace other processed drinks that are being sold in the super markets.

As we know, Electrolytes are very important for many functions of the body. More so during the coming summer where you need to be even more aware because of the possibility of dehydration.

So get rid of colorants, preservatives and prepare yourself this fresh and healthy drink every day!

Recipe

  • One Liter of Sparkling Water:
  • 2 slices of Raw Cucumber with peel
  • 2 slices of Raw Lime with peel
  • 15 gr of Fresh Spearmint
  • 5 gr of dry Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 tea spoon of Himalayan Pink Salt or Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tea spoon of Iodized Salt
  • 5 gr of Stevia

Add the cucumber and the limes, with peel, to the sparkling water with all the rest of the ingredients.
Put it in the refrigerator the whole night so you can drink it the day after.
Add the stevia and shake well before drinking.

Tips

For extra electrolyte boost  you can use coconut water instead. 😉
