Almond Energy Bites

I have been making energy bites for a long time and I think I’ve finally created a recipe that everyone will love!

Almond Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c oats
  • 2/3 c almond butter
  • 1/2 c honey
  • 1/2 c unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao nibs
  • 2 tbsp dried, unsweetened cranberries
  • 1 tbsp flax seed
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  • Put mixture into fridge for 30 minutes
  • Take out of fridge and roll into bite sized balls
  • Keep in fridge or freezer as a healthy, quick treat!
