I have been making energy bites for a long time and I think I’ve finally created a recipe that everyone will love!
Almond Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c oats
- 2/3 c almond butter
- 1/2 c honey
- 1/2 c unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp raw cacao nibs
- 2 tbsp dried, unsweetened cranberries
- 1 tbsp flax seed
- 1 tbsp chia seed
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp almond extract
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Put mixture into fridge for 30 minutes
- Take out of fridge and roll into bite sized balls
- Keep in fridge or freezer as a healthy, quick treat!
