Juices are very beneficial to our health. It’s a great idea to incorporate at least two different juices in your daily diet. I just recently completed my 21 day juice detox and I feel amazing. All the amazing nutrients from the variety of fruits and veggies I ingested went straight to my bloodstream. I felt energized and satisfied. I posted two of my favorite juices that I made and I would like to share another of my favorite recipes. It’s so simple so make.
Berrilicious Juice
Ingredients
- 2 cups of mixed berries
- 1 young thai coconut
Instructions
- Break open the top of the young coconut and drain out the water into a glass
- Clean the berries ( if you are using frozen berries make sure to defrost them before juicing)
- Juice the berries
- Pour the juice of the berries over a sieve to collect any seeds
- Add the coconut water with the berry juice
- Squeeze some lemon juice and mix all together
This recipe is short and simple and it’s packed with deliciousness and nutrients for your body! From the antioxidants from the berries to the electrolytes from the coconut your body will thank you!
